Mashed Potatoes


Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • .25 cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter potatoes.
  2. Place in cold salted water and bring to a boil.
  3. Simmer for 20 min until potatoes are soft.
  4. Heat cream, milk, and butter over low heat until butter is melted.
  5. Mash the potatoes.
  6. Beat in the liquid mixture into the potatoes slowly until smooth and creamy.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
