Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
- .15 cup sugar
- .5 Tbsp cornstarch
- 6 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 slices lemon
- .5 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
- Whisk sugar and cornstarch together.
- Add water and whisk over low heat.
- Whisk until mixture thickens (2 min).
- Stir in lemon juice, lemon slices, and lemon zest.
- Strain and cool.
