Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients
- 2 oz chocolate
- .25 cup heavy cream
- 6 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 oz chocolate
- 3 Tbsp flour
- .25 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- .3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Melt 2 oz chocolate into heavy cream.
- Split into portions and chill.
- Grease ramekins with butter.
- Melt 4 oz chocolate and butter. Make sure it does not burn.
- Beat eggs and slowly add in sugar until volume doubles. Beat in vanilla.
- Fold melted chocolate, flour, and salt into egg mixture until smooth.
- Pour batter into ramekins.
- Add in ganache.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
