Stir-Fried Fish Cake
- Korean side dish
Ingredients
- 2 sheets fish cake, sliced
- .25 onion, thinly sliced
- oil for frying
- sauce
- .5 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp rice wine
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Fry onion in oil for about 1 minute.
- Add fish cake, fry for about 2 minutes.
- Add sauce, fry until everything is coated.

- optional: add bell pepper slices
