Stir-Fried Fish Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets fish cake, sliced
  • .25 onion, thinly sliced
  • oil for frying
  • sauce
    • .5 tsp garlic, minced
    • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tsp honey
    • 1 tsp rice wine
    • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Fry onion in oil for about 1 minute.
  2. Add fish cake, fry for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add sauce, fry until everything is coated.
