Baked Seasoned Fries
Ingredients
- 3 large russet potatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- .5 tsp paprika
- .5 tsp chili powder/cayenne pepper
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 F.
- Peel and cut potatoes into desired shapes.
- Pat with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Toss fries with seasoning and olive oil.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Flip fries. Bake for another 15.
