Coffee Mousse
Ingredients
- .3 cup coffee
- 2 egg whites
- .5 cup sugar
- .5 cup whipping cream
Instructions
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Whisk egg whites and sugar together for 3-4 minutes.
- Whip the cream in a separate bowl.
- Fold the cream and egg whites together with the coffee.
- Place into cups and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Notes
Optional: pour coffee liqueur over the mousse.
* can use melted chocolate/cocoa instead of coffeeg
* gelatin makes mousse too jello-y
