Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes
- 4 Tbsp butter
- .25 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp milk
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Peel and quarter potatoes.
- Place in cold salted water and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 20 min until potatoes are soft.
- Heat cream, milk, and butter over low heat until butter is melted.
- Mash the potatoes.
- Beat in the liquid mixture into the potatoes slowly until smooth and creamy.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
