Steak (Sous Vide)

- sous vide cooker
Ingredients
- 1 steak
- 3 cloves garlic
- Onion
- Thyme
- Butter
Instructions
- Trim steak and pat dry.
- Season heavily with salt and pepper.
- Crush garlic and cut onion.
- Place steak, garlic, onion, and thyme in bag, sous vide.
- Place butter in searing hot pan.
- Sear steak for 30 sec on each side. Do not put juices in pan until after.
- Rest for 15 min. Serve.
