Cover with a wet cloth and let sit for 10 minutes.<\/li><li>Combine flour, baking powder, oil, salt, and yeast mixture. Knead dough. Cover with a wet cloth and let rise for 1 hour.<\/li><li>Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
