Cover with a wet cloth and let sit for 10 minutes.<\/li><li>Add everything except sesame seeds and scallions. Knead dough. Cover with a wet cloth and let sit for 1 hour.<\/li><li>Roll out dough into a rectangle, 0.4 mm thickness.
