Over high heat, fry ginger in some oil until fragrant. Add pork ribs, fry until meat starts browning.<\/li><li>Except for sugar and tapioca starch, add everything else. Turn heat down to low, cook for 30 minutes.<\/li><li>Add sugar. Mix tapioca starch with some water, add to pan.<\/li><li>When the sauce thickens, add chopped scallions.
