Over low heat, cook in a pan for 3-5 minutes. Let it cool.<\/li><li>Wash and cut chicken (into strips or cubes). Marinate chicken in soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and about 1 tsp of the seasoning from step 1 for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.<\/li><li>Coat each piece of chicken in the sweet potato starch.<\/li><li>Then deep fry each batch for about 5 minutes.<\/li><li>Deep fry basil (very quick, just a few seconds).<\/li><li>Put basil on chicken.
