Separate from the rice, soak the shrimp and scallop overnight as well.<\/li><li>Steam rice for 20 minutes.<\/li><li>Chop sausage, mushroom, shrimps, scallop.<\/li><li>Over high heat, fry mushroom until aromatic. Then add shrimps and scallop, fry for 2 minutes.
