Set aside.<\/li><li>Beat 4 eggs. Fry in 1 Tbsp oil, make scrambled eggs. Set aside.<\/li><li>Fry shrimp in 1 Tbsp oil over high heat. Remove from heat.<\/li><li>Mix eggs, shrimp, chives, salt, and oil.<\/li><li>Split dough into 16 pieces.
