Season with sesame oil and salt.<\/li><li>Julienne the carrots. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the carrots until softened. Lightly season with a pinch of salt.<\/li><li>Place seaweed sheet on bamboo mat.<\/li><li>Place bulgogi, yellow radish, burdock root, spinach, and carrots on the seaweed.<\/li><li>Roll up. Brush with sesame oil.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Adopted from <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.koreanbapsang.com\/gimbapkimbap-korean-dried-seaweed-rolls\/\" target=\"_blank\">Korean Bapsang<\/a>.
