Black Bean Pork Spareribs

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork spareribs
- 2 tsp rice wine
- 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp tapioca starch
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp black bean garlic sauce
- .3 tsp white pepper
Instructions
- Mix everything, marinate overnight.
- Over high heat, steam for 45 minutes.
