Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork spareribs
  • 2 tsp rice wine
  • 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp tapioca starch
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp black bean garlic sauce
  • .3 tsp white pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix everything, marinate overnight.
  2. Over high heat, steam for 45 minutes.
