Malantou with Tofu
Ingredients
- malantou
- dried tofu (豆干)
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- .25 tsp dark vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- .5 tsp sugar
- .2 tsp chicken powder
Instructions
- In boiling water, blanch malantou and tofu.
- Mince the malantou and tofu as small as possible. (Using a food processor is ok too).
- Add all seasonings and mix.
