Pork Belly With Mashed Garlic (蒜泥白肉)

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork belly
- 3 tsp salt
- 3 tsp rice wine
- 5-6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp chicken broth
- .5 tsp tapioca starch
Instructions
- Wash the pork belly. Marinate the pork belly in salt and rice wine for at least 1 day.
- Rinse the pork belly. Steam for 30 minutes.
- When cooled, slice.
- Fry garlic over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant. Add chicken broth and tapioca starch, cook for 2-3 more minutes.
- Drizzle garlic mixture over pork belly.
